Terms and Conditions
- This special promotion is valid for bookings made with Jac & Ivy for parties at Ativo Suites and Hartamas only.
- 50% payment is required upon confirmation. The client must confirm the party date upon booking. Package has an expiry date of 6 months from the date of purchase. Rescheduling must be informed at least 7 days before the Sparty’s day. The retainer fee is non-refundable.
- 2. The Kidz Sparty’s duration will be 2 hours (< 10 pax). It might be adjusted due to the increasing number of guests. A minimum of 6 pax is required to set up a Kidz Sparty. The shop will be closed for the private Sparty. Each additional child is charged RM250.
- Helium balloons and picnic theme decoration will be provided. Two light refreshments (fruit and snack platter) with free-flow of beverage will be provided.
- Event photography coverage will be provided for the duration of 2 hours. The complimentary family portrait session will take place at the party location 15 minutes before the party event coverage starts.
- Additional behind the scenes video coverage is chargeable at RM1,000.
