Reflections of the Year 2020 by Grace

I never expected 2020 to turn out the way it did. The Wawasan 2020 vision I had as a teenager was quite different to what I realised this year, but if there’s one word to describe the year that went passed, it is gratefulness. DIY: How to Make Your Own Lightbox

It’s a DIY day again! Now you might wonder, photography isn’t my profession, so why would I want to make a mini lightbox? Well… besides being a fun craft activity when you make one, a mini lightbox can come in very handy for anyone.

We did two kinds of shots: a series with Janeen in her graduation gown and then a series of casual group shots and individual portraits. Janeen’s nephew also graduated – from kindergarten! So it was a double celebration. :)

Family Portraits: Dominic & Lyn

Lyn wanted images that are natural, engaging and candid for her family photos. She mentioned to us that her daughter would look unnatural when posing for the camera, so she was hoping that we could catch her playful nature at the park. Well, good news is that children do look their best when they are having fun! We try to make each family session as fun as possible. We encourage you to think of games and activities to do during a photo session so that you come prepared.

Here’s some of our favourites during this session. And I think Lyn’s daughter looks natural even in the posed shots, don’t you think?
