Family Portraits at Home: Azli & Yasmeen

Raya, but make it last! It’s so nice to hear how people talk about their family. Yasmeen was so full of respect and love when she described her husband and her children to us:

“As a businessman, my husband upholds his own standards, especially when it comes to the family. He always gives his best to accommodate me and our kids. I’m a working professional too and we are always supportive of each other and motivate each other as well. Our kids Aisyah and Isa do everything together and Aisyah loves her brother dearly. We wanted these photos to capture this happiness, love, and joy in our home and we LOVE all the pictures! Just can’t move on!”

Every time we do photo sessions like this, its so much more than just making people look good for the camera. We’re capturing someone’s real-life moments, real feelings and emotions. Things like that can never be staged. Thank you for trusting us Yasmeen!

Maternity Photo Shoot at Home: Andrew & Katrina

Andrew and Katrina are one of those couples whom we’ve been able to journey with over a few milestones. It all started when they invited us to be their pre-wedding and wedding photographers, which turned out to be an epic journey for the whole crew! From a pre-wedding photo shoot in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, to a beautiful ceremony in Phuket, and a lavish reception dinner at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Family Portraits at Home: Danny, Janet, and Baby Darell

Have we said it before? We LOVE growing with people over the seasons of their lives! We met Danny and Janet when we captured their wedding day in video in the past. Fast forward to the present where we’re now capturing family moments with their son, feels pretty surreal! Darell travelled around the sun and picked up some skills along the way… at just age one, he sure knows how to melt everyone’s hearts with his charming smile. We were smitten with every camera click!

After a round of simple family photos in the garden, we went indoors for the cake smash. Darell needed a little bit of coaxing so he’d know it’s okay to dig into your food and make a total mess – just this one time!

Remembering Their Malaysian Home: Sung Tai & Ofeliya

Sung Tai and Ofeliya met at a Christmas potluck for international students during their university years in Canada. It all started with his cooking skills. “He won my heart with his sticky rice!” Ofeliya tells us. Since then, they have been together for 17 years and married for 13 years. Prior to Covid-19, this nature and travel-loving couple used to travel to at least three counties per year and have been to over 20 countries in the last six years!

Moving from one place to another so often, only means there’s more reason to take photographs for good memories. So when their time in Malaysia came to its end they called us! We went to their home at Desa Park City and took photos to capture the life and precious memories they enjoyed as a family here.

Ofeliya left us a lovely testimonial:
